Some people are great about sticking with exercise and good nutrition Monday through Friday, but they sabotage themselves on the weekend.

It's a vicious cycle ... Work hard and then burn it all down and start over each week.

Part 2 - How to Find and Keep Your Workout Motivation

How come some people are able to stick to a workout program long term, and some of us get stuck in a vicious start-quit-restart cycle?

Training is awesome, but it's not the most valuable thing about being a part of CrossFit Algiers. Our community is the one, irreplaceable and invaluable thing that we offer.

I have talked to many of you in the last month about what you want to accomplish. Let me assure you - goals are critical to your success. But they aren't all you need ... to really SMASH it in 2017, you're going to need to stay accountable.

Trust us. We understand busy schedules. In fact, many of the members we have here at CrossFit Algiers initially joined because they needed a more efficient workout that didn’t require them to be in the gym for hours at a time.
