Spend 10-15 minutes in lower body stretching and mobility (hips, ankles, etc.)

Complete 10:00 squat test.

Spend 10-15 minutes in upper body stretching and mobility (shoulders, t-spine, wrists, etc.)

Test free standing handstand holds for 5-10 minutes.

10 Minute Squat Hold Test

Hold bottom of the squat ALAP for up to 10 mins. Post time gathered in squat.

Max freestanding handstand hold

Freestanding handstand hold for time. Post seconds or minutes to reps as makes sense for your time.
