Hey you badasses! Help us help you! Please make sure to reserve your class in Wodify in advance. You can reserve the morning classes up to 8 hours in advance, and the evening classes up to 3 hours in advance. (Reserve – not “sign in.” You should sign in when you arrive.) If you can’t make a class, please cancel your reservation. If a class is full, you’ll be put on the waiting list. Thank you!

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every 2 minutes for as long as possible complete:

From 0:00-2:00

5 pull ups

40-50% 1RM. front squats, 2 reps

From 2:00-4:00

5 pull ups

40-50% front squats, 4 reps

From 4:00-6:00

5 pull ups

40-50% 1RM front squats, 6 reps

Continue adding 2 reps to the front squat each interval for as long as you are able.
