Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Every 8 intervals is a new exercise. The exercises are:

Sit ups

Mountain climbers

Squat thrusts

Jump rope passes

Score interval with least reps from each exercise set. (you’ll have four scores – the lowest number you got for each exercise)
