Burpee + 40-50% IRM back-squat ladder

Rest 3 minutes

Burpee + 40-50%IRM. shoulder-press ladder

Rest 3 minutes

Burpee + 40-50% IRM. deadlift ladder

For the ladder pattern, perform 3 reps of each exercise the first minute, 4 reps of each the second minute, 5 reps of each the third minute, continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post total number of minutes completed as score. Post number or minutes and weights for each ladder to comments.
