Today’s workout is a little different. We’re going to work on the most common CrossFit skills seen in the CrossFit Open each year. Choose three movements from the list below, and work on each for a minimum of 15:00. Coach Jodi will be there to offer progressions and suggestions on how to train the skills so you’ll be ready this October.
