The shoulder press is usually the least weight of any of the “big” lifts we do at CrossFit Algiers. It can be a frustrating lift, because numbers go up slowly. But efficient technique can make a big difference in your ability to move weight overhead. Work on your positioning, and get your Monday started off right by pushing a heavy barbell over your head. It’s a pretty good metaphor for dominating whatever other challenges you’ll face this week. Here are some resources to help you out.
