Membership Cancellation

1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.

2. If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a Membership Hold Request. If you’re sure you’d like to cancel, just complete and submit the form below. This will serve as your 30-day written cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be canceled 30 days from the submission of the form below. Note that if you have a scheduled payment within this period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

3. Per your membership agreement, cancellation of your contract before the specified contract end date will result in a cancellation penalty of the difference between the membership you were on and the membership you should have been on.

 

Automatic renewal policy:

At the end of the term of this membership contract, if this is a monthly or multi-month contract, it shall continue in effect unless the member provides notice of cancellation to terminate this contract by the 15th of the month for members who are charged on the first day of the month, or by the 1st of the month for members who are charged on the 15th. Members are billed on the 1st day of each month unless otherwise indicated.

Cancellation Rights: The member may cancel this contract at any time; however, members are not refunded for any unused time left on their purchased membership. Cancellations at the end of the contract term must be received by the 15th day of the month prior to contract renewal. Early cancellations are cancellations more than one calendar month prior to the end of the contract term. Early cancellations of contracts will result in a fee equal to the one month’s membership charge.
