Complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
Clean and Jerks in increasing weights. Complete 15 reps, and rest one minute. Start with a weight that is light for you, and increase each set by 5-10%.
For example –
Round 1: 15 reps c&J at 135# – then rest one minute.
Round 2: 15 reps c&j at 155#, then rest one minute
Round 3, 15 c&j at 185#, then rest one minute.
Post total reps to score and weights to comments.
