How long have you been CrossFitting? I have been CrossFitting for 2 months.
What keeps you coming back? Motivation, the challenge, and I love that the workouts are different every time.
How did you find CrossFit? My wife heard about CrossFit online.
What is your athletic background? I played football in high school.
How has Cross Fit changed your life, lifestyle and level of fitness? I have more energy, I’m stronger, my eating habits have changed, and my body is constantly transforming.
Is there something you have done here that you never thought you could do? I never thought nor did I imagine that I would be able to do hang cleans.
What motivates/inspires you? What motivates/inspires me is seeing how going to CrossFit is changing my health, mind, and body to a completely new life style.
Name one goal/personal achievement that you would like to achieve through CrossFit. I would like to continue on the journey to changing my life style and becoming fit beyond my dreams.
What goals have you achieved in CrossFit? Eating and working out daily.
What are your Hobbies/interests outside of CrossFit? Movies and just spending quality time with my wife.
Tell me about your diet: I eat six times a day breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack, and with each meal, I have protein, vegetables, snacks nuts and fruits.
What advice if any would you give to new members? Stay focused on the goals you would like to achieve, nothing happens overnight; hard work really pays off, and remember CrossFit is a lifestyle.
