Bring A Friend Party and Workout July 15

“You should come with me some time,” she said. I was so skeptical when my new friend, Mary, asked me to try CrossFit. I had just moved to Arizona, and Mary was a co-worker at my new job. Mary seemed normal enough, but I had heard about the CrossFit workouts that Andy did for the military, and I wasn’t keen on trying it myself.

After a few invites, though, I went. And I barely made it through the warm up the first few times. But I kept going, and I fell in love. That invitation was the beginning of a complete change in my life, and really, in who I am.  All for the better, too.

You have a chance to change someone’s life, too. I’d go so far as to say we have a responsibility to at least try. Our CrossFit Algiers Bring A Friend Workout and Party is July 15th. This is a low-pressure way to at least give someone you care about the opportunity to make better choices for their fitness and their lives.

All they need to do is go to, and select the free trial for the 10 a.m. CrossFit class on July 15th. All YOU need to do is to get them to sign up in advance.

I’m counting on each one of our members bringing at least one person with them. We’ll work out, eat some hot dogs, and spend time with our favorite people. It’s guaranteed to be a lot of fun, and we’re giving away some cool prizes for members and their guests.

I can’t wait to see you all there.
