30 wall balls, 20/14

5 squat snatches

Rest two minutes

Post time and load for each round to comments

May go up in load or stay at the same weight.


Today’s workout is designed to see how well you can recover and to push you – not to set a new 5 rep max on your squat snatch. Err on the side of lighter, because the wallballs will wear you down.
