What keeps you coming back: Feeling great and motivation and encouragement from Jodi, Casey and Andy!
How did you find CrossFit: Driving down the street and the CrossFit Games last summer.
What’s your athletic background? I don’t have one.
How has CrossFit changed your lift and fitness level? I have more energy and I sleep better. I’m stronger!
Is there something you’ve done here that you never thought you could do? Weightlifting!
What motivates you? Feeling stronger.
Name one goal you’d like to achieve through CrossFit? Handstand push-ups
Hobbies outside of CrossFit? Cooking, entertaining, painting, floral design.
Tell me about your diet: I follow a diet designed by Jodi. Lots of Fage yogurt with black grapes and ezekiel cereal, cottage cheese, lean beef and chicken and spinach salads. And no alcohol – I think this has been key.
Any advice for new members? Just come a lot.
