Which class do you usually attend? 6:15am but moving in on the 6:15pm classes now.
Favorite WOD: Annie
Favorite Lift: Overhead Squat, Push Jerk, Squat Clean, & the Turkish getup
How long have you been CrossFitting? Almost 1 1/2 years
What keeps you coming back? IT WORKS!
How did you find CrossFit? It was right around the corner from my house. I always wanted to try Crossfit.
What is your athletic background? I was a cheerleader for many, many years.
How has CrossFit changed your life, lifestyle and level of fitness? I’ve never been in better shape or felt as healthy as I do now.
Is there something you have done here that you never thought you could do? Run a mile!
What motivates/inspires you? The dedication of my coaches and everyone around me that attends class.
Name one goal/personal achievement that you would like to achieve through CrossFit.
I would like to get my strict pull-up.
What goals have you achieved in CrossFit? I never thought I would be able to do pistol squats or do double unders. That’s pretty exciting!
Hobbies/interests outside of CrossFit: I’m actually a homebody. I like to be with my family and all of my dogs. That makes me the happiest.
Tell me about your diet: I eat pretty clean & healthy for the most part. Maybe not as clean now that I’m pregnant. ? I splurge a bit more now.
Don’t be scared and never give up! Go to class even when you don’t feel like it. This will be one of the best decisions you will make… promise.
