Metcon (No Measure)

50 Jumping Jacks

Then 2 Round of:

30 Balanced Lunges (15 each leg, do not alternate)

10 Pushups

20 Side Lunges (alternate legs each rep)

10 Diamond Pushups

30 Skaters (15 each leg, do not alternate)

Then 1 round:

1 minute single legged wall squats, switch legs every 10 seconds

Rest 1 minute

1 minute wall squats – low to high (Parallel to right above parallel) – switch angles every 10 seconds

Then Calf Raises:

15 slow (squeezes at the top of every rep), 10 fast – feet forward

15 slow, 10 fast – toes facing outward

15 slow, 10 fast – toes facing inward
