Tabata Something Else (AMRAP – Reps)

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats.

There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals.


High Knees,Butt kicks,R/L Side shuffle, R/L Crossover Shuffle

EMOM for 5:00, 5 x 10m shuttle run (50m total)

20 Tire Sledge strikes

5 Standing med ball push throw through tire

5 R/L Standing rotation med ball throw through tire

5 Ab Mat Sit up med ball throw through tire


3 x 5 Parallette Shoot Thru, 30 rest in-between ea. round
