10 goblet squats with kb (test for mobility)

Banded floor posterior chain stretches

Romanian split squats, 10 each leg

10 hip thrusts

10 barbell good mornings

10 goblet squats (retest for mobility)

Scapular pullups x 10 to activate lats

Work up to first deadlift beginning with unloaded barbell


Deadlift (5-5-5-5-5)

Cool down

Foam roll and freestyle stretches
