PVC pipe passthroughs/lacrosse ball shoulder mobility

Review and warm up jerk beginning with PVC pipe and then unloaded barbell

Weightlifting

Push Jerk (5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1-1)

Take appropriate rest between attempts. Have a plan to bail.
