Leg swings forward/back/side x 10 each leg

1-Mile Run (Time)

Max Effort 1-Mile Run
1 Mile Route:

Out back door

Take a right on alley to Huntlee

Take a left on Huntlee to Patterson (levee road)

Left on Patterson to Nie Street

Turn around at Nie Street and return via Patterson and Huntlee

Cool down

Foam roll/banded posterior chain stretches and mobilization
