Push Press (5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1-1 reps)


If time allows/extra credit:

Test each Side Split

2 minutes Super Couch Stretch each leg

2 minutes Hamstring Distraction each leg

Hold Side Split 2 nutes each leg
