Description of cleans – hang, power, full. Attempt hang, from floor, power and full versions with PVC pipe and barbells as appropriate.

Description of jerk – push jerk – split jerk. Attempt jerks with PVC and barbells as appropriate.

Description of snatch – hang, power, full. Attempt hang, power full snatches with PVC pipe as appropriate.
