Can be done as a partner WoD. One partner rests while other partner works.

Experienced Athletes: RX (female RX weight is 65)

Newer athletes: Sub ring rows and scale reps/weights as appropriate. Sub rows for runs if necessary.

First time/trial athletes: 1/2 Daniel, sub ring rows and air squats for thrusters. Sub rows for runs.
