Metcon (5 Rounds for reps)
5 Rounds of:
2 minutes of double unders
1 minute of wall walks
Rest 2:00 between rounds
Score total number of double unders and wall walks each round.
Handstand walking – score feet walked as reps each round with double under reps
RX for wall walks will be starting in a plank, walking until hips touch the wall, and walking back out to a plank.
