Our Classes

Our classes are where better people are built! With passionate coaching and intelligent design, every one of our classes is meant to deliver two things: great results and a ton of fun! No matter which class (or classes) you choose, you’re guaranteed to love getting fit with our amazing community of friends here at CrossFit Algiers.

  • Foundations

    Our Foundations course is the premiere group “Intro to CrossFit” you’ve been looking for, and it is appropriate for all fitness levels. You will learn the basic CrossFit movements, have a lot of fun, and get faster and stronger in this two-week course.

  • CrossFit Algiers Group Training

    Our flagship CrossFit classes are ideal for fitness, feeling great, and looking better naked! You will build functional strength, speed and conditioning – but most importantly, you’re going to have a great time doing it. We tailor every workout to you – no matter what your current fitness level. We care about you and your goals, and we’re going to make sure you achieve them. Our athletes are assigned to goal teams, where they get individual help and accountability from a dedicated coach. It’s all about relationships and YOU at CrossFit Algiers.

  • Westbank Boot Camp

    Our exclusive six-week boot camp is the best way to get fitter, faster! You get the measurable, VISIBLE results you’ve wanted – guaranteed! Our exclusive blend of mental and physical toughness training is provided in the most supportive and encouraging atmosphere anywhere. This is the only indoor, military veteran-led training program of its kind in New Orleans. No experience necessary – all fitness levels welcome!

    *Boot camp is a “closed” program. Members will need to  join before the first class starts  in each  6 week period . New members who join during  the middle of a boot camp 6 week session will need to register for the next upcoming session.

  • Personal Training at CrossFit

    Sometimes there’s no replacement for a personal relationship. If you need 1-on-1 training to break through a plateau, really smash your goals, or just prefer working out with a personal trainer, we’ve got you covered. Our phenomenal coaches can tailor a program exclusively for you and will be there for you each step of the way.

  • Physique/Figure Competition Prep

    Are you dreaming of stepping on stage in a figure or physique competition? Coach Jodi can get you stage (and trophy) ready! She’s been nationally-qualified in the NPC multiple times, and even took a top 10 spot in the International Figure America competition. She knows the ins and outs of competition training and nutrition – and all the little details that a competitor MUST know to do their best.

  • Nutrition Counseling

    Your body composition is 80% due to your diet – not your training. Don’t take a chance with your nutrition. We will provide you with detailed assessments of your current physique and nutrition intake, and then come up with a personalized macronutrient prescription to fit your life and your goals. Ongoing assessment and revision is included!
